Pitching Your Story

You - and your business - have a story to tell. Maybe your family business is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Or an employee just won a prestigious award. Or you've created an amazing new product or service. Or... well, you get the idea. So how do you get the attention of print and digital editors? The Kennebunk-Kennebunkport-Arundel Chamber of Commerce will hold a Lunch and Learn workshop at 12 p.m. Friday, March 9, upstairs at the Chamber office. Featured speakers Jennifer Bryant, editor of the York County Coast Star, and Beth McEvoy, producer/reporter at News Center Maine, will help you perfect your pitch to print and digital media with tips, inside experience on what gets their attention and how best to present the information. The workshop is free and open to the public. The Chamber is located at 16 Water St., Kennebunk. To RSVP, email or call 967-0857.
